In June of 2009, I went tubing down the Provo River for the first time. Though the water was ice-cold, I think tubing will be a summer tradition for me.
Safety should always be emphasized in any tubing trip. Though in previous years lifejackets were not required, a law instated this year requires the use of life jackets.
